Computer science is the study of computers and algorithmic processes. This includes their hardware and software designs, their applications, and their impact on society. Every child should have a computer science foundation in our society as jobs have multiplied exponentially in this area.

If your child knows their secret character, let them take you for aspin on any coding we have already done in class or wait until Isend home their secret character pictures at the end of thecourse.

This week we are taking a break from coding and going back toword processing skills with Valentine's Day cards. Be on thelookout for them!

First Graders should be coming home with their Netsmartz Safety Certificates soon. If you haven't seen it, please ask your child to get it completed in the next lab time possible.
